“Easy Quilt Block” Class at Sew Fancy

“Easy Quilt Block” Class at Sew Fancy

Sew Fancy is hosting an “Easy Quilt Block” Class. This is a fun extra indoor event that will be taught by talented quilter, Marci Dickens. Be sure to come out and have a good time on Tuesday, August 24th, at 1pm. She will be coaching guests to make an easy quilt that is “jelly roll friendly” and goes together quickly. Cost for this class is only $10 per participant. There is a class limit so be sure to contact Sew Fancy as soon as possible to reserve spots.
This event is for people with multiple levels of experience with quilting. The instructor for this course is an amazing teacher, no matter the topic, with tons of experience as a quilter. This class does require some prep work and supplies, so it might not be the class for someone’s first day quilting. This class is being held at the oldest antique and craft mall in the area. It is also a fabric store too, so it will still be a good time for a beginner.
Make sure to check out the info below and the Sew Fancy Facebook page for more information on what is needed for this class. The tools, supplies, and suggested prep work listed. The more prep work that is done the faster the quilt will be able to come together during class. Go ahead and stop by Sew Fancy to pick up the perfect fabric with the coolest print any time before the class day to get the prep work done. Getting a “jelly roll” of pre-cut fabric strips will make this even easier.
Livingston Specialty Merchant’s Guild invites one and all to #livlocal at this handson quilting class hosted by long time Guild member, Sew Fancy.
