Summer is finally here and the Livingston Specialty Merchants’ Guild would like to wish everyone a very relaxing yet adventurous break! While the hope is that the lake and the places to play in town will keep the entertainment going, there is a way to get some extra fun out of the summer. “Help Us Find Sam” event is giving away over $1500 in prizes to people who take themselves around town. Come out to support local Livingston businesses for the chance to win. This event goes from now until Saturday, August 14th.
Simply go to any participating business and pick up a “passport” book. Choose any listed businesses, take the passport, go have a good time and get the passport stamped. After 5 Sam the Fish stamps the passport is eligible to win a prize valued at over $125. After all 27 stamps the passport is eligible for the grand prize valued at over $800.
“Help Us Find Sam” gets its name from the Livingston Specialty Merchants’ Guild mascot. There will be five locations on the list that have a secret Sam The Fish sticker for the passports. Getting all the Sam The Fish stickers makes passports eligible to win an extra prize too. This event is such a perfect way to see the newest and favorite local spots in town. Make sure the passport gets turned in by August 14th and then wait for the 4 winners to be announced. It’s that simple.
The Livingston Specialty Merchants’ Guild knows that time with loved ones is so precious.
